Your prices are in AUD, can I pay in my own currency?: You sure can! Paypal does the conversion for you, whether you pay with credit card or directly from your Paypal account, you simply pay in your own currency. As far as exchange rate goes, AU$1 is worth around US$0.70 at the moment.
Do you ship wordwide?: Absolutely! Peta Pledger clothing is worn by women all over the world!
What forms of payment do you accept?: I gladly accept Credit Card payment via Paypal or regular account payments all through PayPal. Alternatively, if you have an Australian bank account, you can also pay by Direct Desposit. To do this, you will need to contact me before ordering.
How secure is this store?: This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Feel free to have a martini if you didn't understand a word of that.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?: No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store, you can simply use Paypal as a guest.
When will you send my order?: Most parcels leave Peta Pledger HQ in 1-3 days from the time of ordering. Occasionally it will take a little longer but I will specify this when I send you an order confirmation email.
How long will my order take to arrive?: As a general rule, most of my parcels reach the US, UK and Canada in around 6-10 days. Although the postal service can occasionally get into the liquor cabinet and take their sweet time, with a delay of 2-3 weeks. In my experience, this is rare....but it can happen.

What about import taxes/duty?: None of my customers have ever incurred customs charges but that is not to say that it can't happen on larger orders. As with any other business, these charges are the responsibility of the BUYER.
Do you exchange or refund?: All items in my online store are subject to a money back guarentee. If you wish to exchange a garment for another size or colour, you must do so within 14 days and ensure that the item has not been worn and all tags are still on.
