This petticoat (or underskirt as we call them in Australia) is made by Malco Modes and is a perfect addition under a swinging dress or skirt (great under my 'Rocker Girl Jane' dresses!).
Size small measures 27" from waist to hem.
Fits waist: 23" to 42"
Size medium measures 28" from waist to hem.
Fits waist: 25" to 46"
Size large measures 29" from waist to hem.
Fits waist: 27" to 50"
Outer skirt: nylon net with satin binding on hem
Inner skirt: nylon organza (non-scratchy) with satin binding on hem.
